A project will be considered confirmed only after receiving written approval and any applicable advance payment.
The client agrees to provide all required content, images, logos, login credentials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed project scope. Additional changes or new features requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Project timelines depend on timely submission of content, approvals, and payments. Delays from the client may result in revised delivery dates.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and approved content transfers to the client, except for third-party software, plugins, licensed assets, and open-source components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
We may integrate or recommend third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, Google services, social media platforms, or APIs. Their availability and functionality are governed by their own terms and policies.
If hosting is provided through a third-party provider, uptime, backups, server performance, and maintenance are subject to that provider's policies.
While we follow industry best practices for search engine optimization, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business results because search engine algorithms change frequently.
Sivakasi Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date may be billed accordingly. Advance payments already used for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Custom design and development work already completed is generally non-refundable.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Tamil Nadu.
